Receiving jobs
All jobs should be sent via signature required courier to our address. Please note we are not able to meet with customers onsite but are happy to discuss jobs via email or phone.
Instructions
Please provide clear and detailed instructions for the work to be done, such as length desired, clasp budget/style, thread colour etc. This avoids delays in your job being completed or a redo for your customer.
Timeframe
We aim to turn around jobs within 5-10 working days. This is dependent on how busy the workroom is, and the size and complexity of the job.
Pearl count
A pearl count must be written on the packet for all cultured pearls.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year warranty on faulty workmanship. This excludes rough handling by customers or sharp edges in bead holes. Items on Elastic are guaranteed for 6 months only. Please advise our Invoice Number or date if returning a repair under warranty.
Urgent jobs
For urgent jobs, we do offer an express service; a maximum of 3 days from receipt of your job. This is an additional 50% of the total repair cost. It is important that jobs are clearly marked as ‘express service’. Please contact us if you have a hard deadline to meet.
Quotes
A non-refundable quote fee applies to all jobs that require a quote. We can provide an estimate over email or phone but require the job in hand to give you a firm quote.
Delivery
We return all jobs using signature required Courierpost service. We also use e-ship tools to ensure you receive a notification once your job is on its way back to you.
